We are a husband and wife team with a goal of losing weight and starting a healthier life. Together, with our two year old daughter, we are trying to trim down by running and a good diet. However we also enjoy other activities like mountain biking and scuba diving, considering we completed our PADI open-water certification in September 2014.

Our beginning weights are something like 320lbs (him) and 160lbs (her). We are adopting daily combination of walking, jogging or running habits with a Couch to 5k program. This blog is a means of holding ourselves accountable to a regular exercise regimen. As the wife, and family organizer, I will post about our adventures and results along the way.
